It’s a very uplifting documentary about how taking good care of our soil could be a game changer in slowing climate change.

When I watched this documentary I was intrigued by the techniques that are being used around the world, to retain and nurture the soil. I didn’t know that crops can be planted in grassed land; there is no need to plough and expose the soil to erosion for months on end. Another thing – grass captures carbon from the atmosphere and puts it back into the soil – just like trees – who knew?!
