As the difficult decision was made to cancel in person worship, I want to acknowledge that on-line events do not compensate for social interactions. Many of us are finding this aspect of the pandemic particularly challenging. It is with great joy that I meet some of you outside and we are able to look eye to eye; as well as admire each other’s masks!

The commitment to try and stay connected is happening in various ways. Watch out for the next update from the Board which is coming soon. On Monday evening leaders representing many areas of ministry at BUC, are getting together to consider what we need to do now, given the long-term reality of virtual church.
