🎁 Calling all Christmas Elves!!
We need your help to make our Christmas Market on Saturday, November 29th a success! If you have a friend, child, neighbour, or anyone who would like to volunteer a few hours, please share this post. This is Beach United’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and it helps support all of our year long programs at the church, including the Thursday Lunch Program and our Music programs.
We have several volunteer opportunities available leading up to the Christmas Market. Please contact our office if you would like to volunteer, or fill out this volunteer form.
Volunteer Opportunities:
🥧 Pie-Making!
Available shifts on:
Saturday, November 8: 10am-2pm
Sunday, November 9: 12pm-4pm
Tuesday, November 11: 12pm-4pm
We’ll be making traditional vegetarian and meat pies to sell at our Christmas Market in our kitchen, so if you’re comfortable rolling dough and making filling, come volunteer with us!
❄️ 🚧 Set up the day before the Market
Friday, November 28
We’ll need able-bodied volunteers to help move tables and assist with decorating our church.
🎄Christmas Market
Saturday, November 29, starting from 8:30am (different time slots available)
On the day of the Christmas Market, we’ll need volunteers to assist with greeting vendors, guests, and assisting behind various tables (bake table, pie table, jam & jellies, etc.) and setting up.
