The Inter-faith Lunch Program at Beach United Church will begin again on Thursday October 21st.

Food packages are available from the church office during the summer.  Please use the inter-com on the post outside the main door and we will be pleased to assist you.

For everyone’s safety we ask that you –

  • wear a mask
  • keep a 2m distance from others
  • pick-up and go

The Beach Interfaith Lunch Program is a drop-in lunch that takes place at different church locations throughout the week, offering a nutritious meal for low income, homeless friends, or anyone who is hungry. All programs start at 11:00 a.m. from October to May [extended into June during pandemic].

Volunteers are always needed. Donations of lunch supplies (tinned salmon and ham for sandwiches, and sheet cakes, muffins, and cookies for dessert) are also greatly appreciated. To volunteer, please contact Jim McKibbin at  jim.mckibbin@rogers.com.

You can also contact the church office to get involved.
