The plan for the evening is as follows and we do have a few questions.

• 4:00-5:45 PM - Set Up & Cooking
  • Participants will be in charge of setting up the tables/chairs in Room 2
  • They need seating for up to 25 people in Room 2
  • Add 1 x 8 footer for food/drinks. They will use kitchen carts. 
  • Add min. 2 grey bus pans for dirty dishes/cutlery.
  • Add garbage & recycling bins in the room. 
• 5:45-7:15 PM - Parents arrive, meal time & activities in room 2 
• 7:15-7:30 PM - put tables away, clean up room 2
  • Parents hangout in the lobby/lounge area while participants just quickly put tables away and clean up room 2.
  • Matthias to show students how to reset room for Y Camp the next day.
  • Add Projector so students can do slide show on wall. 

For the celebration dinner, our participants were hoping to show a slideshow of photos from the program and also do trivia, we were wondering if we would be able to have access to a TV/projector to connect our computers onto?
